When you click the ADD TO CART button, your ticket order will be passed to PayPal.com for processing. PayPal serves as a credit card gateway, allowing your information to be collected and processed employing the highest level of encryption security which is used by all banks and financial institutions.
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay for your show tickets, nor will you have opened a PayPal account while completing the process.
Once you have clicked the ADD TO CART button, after a brief moment you will see a PayPal statement showing what you have selected. You may continue to complete the payment from this point by clicking the Proceed to Checkout
button, or you may continue shipping by clicking the Continue Shopping button. A note for AOL users. On this screens, PayPal may show an action line stating:
: "AOL Users: To continue shopping, please close this window.” Click this line to see the Continue Shopping
button
When you finally choose to proceed to checkout, you will see a new screen which will allow you to log into PayPal if you already have an active account, or you may simply choose to continue without a PayPal account by clicking the word
continue that is right next to the line that states Don’t have a PayPal Account?
This brings you to a typical credit card data collection form which you must complete to finish the transaction. Once your data is entered and you have clicked Review Order and Continue
you will receive one more chance to log in if you are a PayPal account holder, or just click continue to see the summary of your order and the Pay
button.
When complete, PayPal will send a fully itemized statement of your ticket purchases to the email address you used to complete the form. A similar form comes to Heart Of Texas Chorus which is then used to send your tickets to you by
USPS. Tickets will be mailed up to one week prior to the show date. Thereafter, tickets purchased will be available for pickup under your name at the Will Call desk before the show in the theater lobby.
It might be a good idea to bring the PayPal invoice that your receive by email with you to the theater, since it serves as your proof of purchase if the tickets are lost in the mail
.
